Roger Valci

Roger Valci was born in Fremont, CA on January 4, 1967. He graduated from Fremont Christian High School in 1984, then he traveled to Longview, TX to pursue an engineering degree at LeTourneau University.
In 1989, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and thereafter worked for six years at Lockheed-Martin in Sunnyvale, CA in their satellite division. During this tenure he returned to school for a Bachelor Degree of Biblical Studies from Northern California Bible College in Pleasanton, CA in 1994.
In 1995, Roger moved with his family to Boston, MA where he enrolled in Gordon-Cromwell Theological Seminary for a Master of Divinity Degree. While completing his studies, he worked at KPMG Peat Marwick in Boston, MA as a Network Administrator.
After graduating in 2000, Roger moved back to the west coast and pastored in Santa Cruz, CA for two years at Christian Life Center. He became licensed as an Assembly of God minister in 2001 and later became ordained in 2003.
In 2002, he received an invitation to go back to his home church, Harbor Light, to serve as Pastor of Discipleship and Small groups and as Executive Pastor since 2003.
Roger was appointed as Senior Pastor to Valley Christian Center in November of 2008. He is presently working on a doctoral degree in preaching at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Today, Roger lives in San Ramon with his wife of sixteen years, Janae, and his three children. |
